Gland & Valve Packings
Gland and valve packings, designed to provide a seal between a moving spindle or shaft and the pressurised housing which it penetrates. Typical applications include rotary and reciprocating pumps, compressors, mixers or valve packing.
Klinger K49 Series
Part of Klinger’s Topline product range. K49 has been designed as a multi-use compression packing capable of covering a broad range of applications helping to reduce the variety of gland packing that must be held in stock. Rapid heat dispersion enables this packing to be used in high speed systems where standard PTFE products would not be suitable. PTFE filaments have been impregnated with a graphite based lubricant. Suitable for a wide range of industries including water, distilleries, chemical processing, refineries and petrochemical plants. Useable with most media including strong acids and alkalis.
