ON Semi Schottky Barrier Rectifiers 3A 20/30/40V
This range of Schottky power rectifiers, from ON Semiconductor, use Schottky barrier technology within a power diode. These 3A rectifiers are compact devices which are available in a range of different voltage options.
These Schottky power rectifiers come in an SMC surface mounted package with J-bend leads. The case is made from molded epoxy and it measures 7.94 x 5.84 x 2.13 mm. The external surfaces of the package are corrosion resistant.

What is it used for?
These Schottky power rectifiers are perfect for low voltage, high-frequency rectification. Alternatively, they can be used as freewheeling and polarity protection diodes.
