AVX F93 series solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors are resin molded capacitors with an SMD J-lead and a capacitance range from 0.68μF to 680μF. These Tantalum Electrolytic Capacitors are compliant to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC.F93 series Capacitors have a voltage range from 4V to 35V and have a temperature range from -55 ºC to +125 ºC
